Our Porcelain Veneer Procedure
Getting porcelain veneers involves three stages: The planning, the preparation visit, and the final placement.
During your first visit, we’ll discuss what you want to address and the type of expectations you have. Feel free to bring in photos of smiles you like (or dislike) to give us an idea of what you’re looking for. From there, we’ll take a set of photos, x-rays, and maybe even a couple of impressions. Our financial coordinators will also review your insurance and payment options.
Once you choose to go ahead with treatment, we'll schedule you for a prep appointment. We'll slightly adjust your enamel's thickness during this visit so that veneers can bond over them without creating excess bulk. The impressions are then taken and sent directly to our lab.
